At Silent Vibes, we partner with trusted print providers around the world to make sure your order ships from the closest production site to you.
That means less waiting, fewer carbon miles, and a faster reunion with your new favorite hoodie.
Global Fulfillment — How It Works
- U.S. orders are printed and shipped locally within the United States.
- European orders are automatically routed to our EU print partners (Latvia, Germany, the UK, or other nearby hubs).
- Other international orders are fulfilled at the nearest available location.
This global fulfillment setup helps us keep shipping costs lower and delivery times shorter, while avoiding surprise import fees for most customers in Europe.
Estimated Delivery Times
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
- EU Orders: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Customs & Duties
EU orders printed within Europe include all required VAT and duties in the product price — no hidden fees or import taxes on arrival.
Orders shipped from outside the EU may incur standard import costs depending on your country’s regulations.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link. If it’s quiet for a few days, don’t panic — it’s just your parcel making introverted small talk with customs.
